Likely Duties:

• Ordering and Maintaining reagent/supply levels for the lab
• Keep track of Maintenance schedules
• Monitors budget
• Implement QC, QA, and QI practices that are consistent with regulatory standards
• Provide coaching, advice, and assistance to the technical staff

Likely Requirements:

• At least an associates degree in chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical terminology
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in one of the previous areas, MB(ASCP), CG(ASCP), or DLM(ASCP)

Likely Experience:

• 5 years of laboratory experience
• Preferred: Clinical laboratory experience (CAP certified)
• At least 1 year of QA experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience

Likely Licenses:

• Clinical Laboratory Technologist
