ISG Genome Ambassadors Program
The Institute for Systems Genomics’ Genome Ambassadors are a diverse group of UConn students, alumni, faculty, and staff dedicated to increasing genomic literacy across Connecticut.
As an Ambassador, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Present on genetics-related careers and participate in local science fairs
- Lead hands-on lab demonstrations and host campus field trips
- Create inclusive, engaging science experiences for learners of all ages
The program is a great way to build your science communication skills, mentor future scientists, and promote diversity in STEM.
